Services and Conditions of Use:
As part of our service, we agree to provide you textual, visual and other information exactly as the product itself and offer you the services needed to deliver the product up-to your destination.
Colors & Photograph Presentation:
We put our best effort to display the colors and designs of the products as accurately as possible on this website and to ensure they are a close and true representation of the item offered for sale. We hope you will understand the uniqueness and hand crafted nature of our products, means that there may be slight variation in color, size and shapes of the same product.
Size of the Products:
All sizes listed are the approximate dimensions of the product which could have slight variations.
Placing an Order:

  • You must be a registered customer providing real name and correct address, phone number, payment details and other required information and have to be over 18 years of age.
  • Customers can order directly from the website and also send their inquiry by email (with code of items, description, size, color, quantities), then we will be back with the necessary information within 24 hrs.

Shipping & Handling Information:
Normal orders will be delivered immediately after the payment within two  working days, for orders of bigger sizes and quantities it will take at least a week to three week long depending upon the availability of goods in stock. Bulk order in a single variety of product might takes longer then the mentioned time frame.
Minimum order quantity:
You are not able to purchase less than the minimum order quantity mentioned on the cart however there is normally no limit for the maximum order quantity.

Pricing Policy

  • All prices are in US Dollars.
  • Any prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prices for the products do not include charges for shipping and handling. Customers have to pay separate charges for shipping, and handling which could be determined on the time on the basis of weight and size of shipment.
  • Prices are different for wholesale and retail customers. Any quantity more than 51 and valued more than US$ 1001/- are regarded as wholesale purchase.
  • We make every effort to be reasonable with our pricing.

Wholesale Price:
Wholesale prices are determined on cost approach basis which makes sure the cost are reduced on its minimum level and prices are fixed to make more sales.

Errors on Pricing:
We have tried our best to make sure that pricing information on the Online Store is accurate. With some typing mistake or database error mentioned prices may not be correct. If the cart price is lower than the actual price, Rainbow Thanka Gallery reserves the right to refuse, modify (on customers understanding) or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed. If the actual price is lower than the price stated in the cart, we will notify you by phone or email of the actual price. In case you wish to cancel your order you have to notify us in a proper way.
Wholesale Order:
If you would like to place a Wholesale Order or view our wholesale pricing, please click on the My Account link and sign up for wholesale pricing.
Payment Confirmation:
For payment by bank transfer, Western Union payment or any other wire transfer please be noted that we can process your payment only if we got your correct payment information. If you failed to submit us the information online, please write us the information to sales@nepalicraft.com.np
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order as long as it is not shipped. However, we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped. In addition all special orders including custom-made, tailor-made, plus size and personal name, slogan or logo imprinted items must be paid in full at time of order and will not be cancelled.
Electronic Communications:
When you visit Rainbow Thanka Gallery or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Return Policy

Customers satisfaction is our primary concern.

We believe that trust is the cornerstone of any business. Our fair and honest Return Policy ensures that customers feel comfortable with their purchases and from Gurkha Zone Khukuri House. Therefore, we make our best effort to ensure that all Khukuries that can be safely returned will be returnable in full. But it is important to note that not all products are returnable. If you are not happy with your selection for any reason Gurkha Zone Khukuri has a 15-day item inspection period and return policy for all products purchased. After 15 days all sales are final. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages and customers has to pay themselves for the shipment cost involved on those products. We therefore we strongly recommend that you insure your returned shipment.

Please consider the following return policy

The return request has to be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. we will refund this postage cost if the return is due to our error You may ship your package using the delivery method of your choice, No credit is given for lost packages. Nonreturnable items sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or credit will be issued.
In the case that the merchandise being returned is due to seller’s shipping mistakes such as wrong size and styles customer will have a full refund for the order he or she paid.
Refund will be processed within 15 days after the seller had received the returned item.

Non Returnable Conditions

Commerce Accounts: Wholesale and Custom items purchases are final.
General Discounts: High-volume purchases that receive wholesale discounts are all considered a ‘wholesale’ purchase and are excluded from the return policy. Sales of such orders are final.

Refunds Policy:

We will assess the overall condition of the item being returned and will issue a credit accordingly. If the item you return cannot be resold at its original price we might decide not to refund the full amount you paid for. So please make sure you take every precautions possible to return the item it its original and undamaged form and packaging. Refund can be made wither by Bank Transfer or credit Card Transferand that will take 7 to 10 days.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations Delivery:Rainbow Thanka Gallery with the help of pour shipping partners delivers products to all international destinations. You can choose the shipping method you want on the Billing, and Shipping, during the Checkout process. There are three main shipping methods that you can choose from: Curior, Air cargo and Sea Cargo. In each of them you can use one of our shipping partners for delivery.

Insurance :

We strongly recommend our customers to get insurance for all orders. This will protect your package against loss or damage during shipping. With insurance you can claim against any losses on the products to the cargo company. It would normally cost less then 3% of the total order value. We personally are NOT responsible for lost or damaged orders caused by the shipping companies.

Risk of Loss in Transit/Delivery:

In our 10 years of business practice, we haven’t had any problem of loss or non-delivery but again this is not something under our control once they are released from our store. Nevertheless, loss may occur in transit causes beyond our control, including merchandise being stolen, fires, strikes, lockouts and withholding of shipment in the event of any unforeseen governmental acts and regulations. Gurkha Zone Khukuri House shall not be liable for any losses of merchandise, failure to deliver or delays in delivery. Claims for loss of merchandise or discrepancies must be made within 48 hours after receipt of the merchandise. All claims of loss shipment must be made by customer with the carrier. In this case we are more then happy to provide any information needed for our customers to make a claim.

Claim Suggestions :

Please look over your packages carefully. If there is visible damage to the outside of the box, you must note that fact when you sign for the package or it is difficult to get credit for the damaged merchandise from the carrier. If you are claiming damages, you must keep all the original shipping boxes and packaging materials for further inspection.

Duties and Taxes :

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by customer themselves; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order’s contents by product type. International customers and customers shipping products internationally should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Non-Received Orders:

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by Gurkha Khukuri House for changed delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

Product Shipping Errors:

If Rainbow Thanka Gallery have shipped wrong ordered merchandise to you. Please report to us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your package. It has to be supported with proof of photographs taken on the wrong merchandise for our investigation. If error has been established to be from us, Gurkha Zone Khukuri House will resend shipment of correct destination without any additional cost.

Shipping Charge:

Shipment cost depends upon the size of orders (volume and weight basis), time frame of delivery and mode of shipment. All of our shipping quotes include documentation fees, local handling , packing & stuffing fees and all other local charges levied in the packing and delivery to your Country. We are offering different types and condition for shipment. Different shipping companies have different shipping rates and we will inform you about the prices prior to shipment. The final shipping charge depends on the service provider, destination and many other factors which can on finalized only after acquiring the exact weight and size of the order.

Certain items (such as Herbal Product, Essential Oil, Herbal Soap, Wooden Items ) are restricted in some countries. Please check your local regulations before purchasing these items.
